why? a second start, a true second start, the future is always a blank card and we decide what goes on that card, and i'm going to san diego, working my ass off, going back to school, hopefully for medicine. why all of a sudden, i have a clear window and now it's time to take a chance, risk almost all that i have, for a better life.
ok, not the best answer. i've had to grow up a lot over the last few months and it has taken its toll on me, there is truly nothing left for me in south dakota, i rarely get calls from friends anymore, except for my brother. i stay in my apartment because, well because there's nothing else to do. i'm old enough to go to the bars, but i'm done with drinking. i could always try and cover up my emptiness with a woman, but in order to love someone else, i need to get my mind straight. and a change is perfect.
i have five more days to the end of this year, it's been a shitty one at that, everything that went wrong, did. i've made my share of mistakes and have had more than my share of heartbreaks. but i guess that's something that i've always admired about mankind, we can go through insane amounts of shit, and walk away from it. i did it. i survived another year in my life, with the help of my closests friends and family. i've had my share of experiences and i really do feel a lot more mature than i ever have. my advice to you...don't give up, there's always some chance that things will get better, and they usually do, you just have to be patient. also, stop and take a break, appreciate the smaller things in life.

movie - RENT - go fucking see it right the fuck now it's so goddamn great, i laughed, i cried, i felt great, haven't seen a movie that good in a long time, i walked away with a smile.
music - the RENT soundtrack...ok, i do recommend it but seriously....
anything by jets to brazil or jawbreaker
but you may ask, any particualr album to start off with? i say no, just fucking listen, you'll love
